Purpose of Role:
As a People Business Partner, you’ll help shape an engaging, high-performing workplace. From talent to culture to development, you’ll work closely with leaders to drive meaningful people strategies that support growth, collaboration, and employee well-being—making Inchcape not just a place to work, but a place to thrive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive people-focused initiatives.
- Support the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to performance management and succession planning.
- Lead employee engagement programs and coordinate major internal events.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance, fairness, and adherence to company policies and Philippine labor laws.
- Champion organizational development, employee well-being, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Support change management processes and help teams navigate transitions smoothly.
- Use HR analytics to uncover insights and improve people strategies.
- Ensure HR practices and policies remain compliant and up to date.
- Collaborate on training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Take on ad hoc HR projects that contribute to a positive workplace experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in business partnering or generalist roles
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence at all levels of the organization
- Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and provide strategic insights
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
