Title: Data Analytics Manager (Manufacturing & Logistics)

The Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading the data analytics team in providing insights and actionable recommendations to optimize manufacturing and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, preferably in the food manufacturing and logistics/distribution industry, and will possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Develops and implements data analytics strategies to support business goals in food manufacturing and logistics/distribution.
• Oversees the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets related to manufacturing processes, supply chain performance, and distribution logistics.
• Utilizes advanced statistical methods, data modeling, and machine learning techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Presents analysis findings to stakeholders using visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives within the data analytics function.
• Mentors and trains team members to enhance their analytical skills and professional development.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analytics, with at least one (1) year in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in the food manufacturing or logistics/distribution industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup in Pasig or Laguna.
