You will be joining a fast-growing online division, who will be responsible for providing post-sales support to new and existing customers, as well as managing orders by liaising with all internal stakeholders.

What You'll Be Working On
- Support customers with delivery updates, product issues, and feedback.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to resolve order and stock concerns.
- Manage admin tasks, maintain records
- Assist project managers with documents and presentations for large projects.
- Ensure all communication is professional, friendly, and timely.
- Work independently while staying organized and responsive.
- Fresh graduates (open to learning the industry) to 5 years of experience in retail, sales, or related fields
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Familiar with email, spreadsheets, and MS Office
- Quick thinker with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset
- Friendly, proactive, and builds good relationships
- Organized multitasker who works well independently and in a team
- Flexible and ready to support where needed
- Experience in online retail, sales, shipping, or logistics
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Freshdesk or Shopify
