Why this role exists
We're seeking a Customer Success Specialist to be the primary point of contact for clients while supporting the company's sales and customer service initiatives. This role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring successful payment processing operations, and driving business growth through excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will become an integral part of the business, working closely with the client to learn and master the intricacies of payment processing operations. The position will help address the need for reliable, client-facing support while contributing to the company's expansion through sales and automation efforts.

The Impact you’ll make

Customer Success Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries

  • Handle client-facing interactions professionally and efficiently

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive support

  • Manage customer relationships and maintain regular communication

  • Master payment processing systems to provide expert support


Sales Support

  • Manage lead confirmation process

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments

  • Support sales initiatives and follow-ups

  • Convert prospects into satisfied customers

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships


Social Media Management

  • Create and manage social media content

  • Handle direct messaging across platforms

  • Engage with audience and maintain brand voice

  • Support social media growth initiatives

  • Drive engagement through consistent communication


Process Automation

  • Assist with automation setup and management

  • Work with tools like Zapier and Make.com

  • Support process improvement initiatives

  • Maintain and update CRM records in Go High Level

  • Streamline operational workflows


Measure of Success

  • Successful integration into the business within the first 30 days

  • Quality of customer interactions and satisfaction levels

  • Effectiveness in handling client inquiries and issues

  • Success in supporting sales initiatives

  • Efficiency in managing automation and processes

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply payment processing knowledge



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

  • Previous experience in customer success or account management

  • Demonstrated background in payment processing

  • Strong sales support experience

  • Proficiency with automation tools (Zapier, Make.com)

  • Experience with CRM systems

  • Must be U.S.-based

  • WFH Set-Up:

    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

    • Back-up computer and internet connection

    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:

  • Remote position

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST (Central Standard Time)

  • 40 hours a week


Compensation:

  • $7 per hour

  • No benefits package included
