IT Business Analysis Support:

• Assist in documenting and analyzing business processes and workflows. Work with teams to refine business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  
  

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze data sets to identify trends and patterns. Help create reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  
  

Project Coordination:

• Assist in scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and tracking project progress. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
  
  

Business Process Documentation:

• Develop process maps. Maintain and update business analysis documentation.
  
  

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the GAD team.
• Basic knowledge of business analysis, data analysis, and IT project management.
• Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, as well as Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools.
• Exposure to data visualization or process modeling tools is a plus.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) is beneficial.
• Basic data analysis and reporting
• Currently pursuing a BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile (SCRUM), or related methodologies is advantageous.
