Join the dynamic team as a Customer Support Representative for our New Telco division. In this full-time role based in Davao City, Davao del Sur, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and resolving queries efficiently.
What you'll be doing
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat channels
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers
Process customer requests, such as account changes, billing inquiries, and order placements
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and identify areas for process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
What we're looking for
(at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad | 1yr Customer Service Experience required|
Excellent Communication Skills | B2
