We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in Shopify to handle client inquiries, order status updates, and social media interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and strong computer proficiency to ensure smooth customer interactions across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support via chat and email
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, returns, and general product questions
  • Manage Shopify chat, email, and social media interactions (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Ensure prompt and professional responses to customer concerns
  • Utilize Shopify to track orders, update information, and assist customers efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Shopify is required
  • Strong customer service and general computer skills
  • Proficiency in managing emails and responding via Facebook & Instagram chat
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
