Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with hotel reservations and inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Guide guests in booking accommodations and resolving booking issues.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on hotel amenities, rates, and availability.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by offering timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with your team to meet service level goals and quality standards.
- Accurately maintain customer records and documentation.
- Minimum of 6 months Call Centre experience.
- At least a High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitaskand stay organised in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable using computers and navigating basic applications.
- Earn up to ₱27,500 monthly.
