The Role

Position Type: Experienced Level - Individual Contributor

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Pasay City

Work Setup: Onsite; Night shift; fixed weekends off

Salary Rate: Up to P24,000

Industry: BPO

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Interact with healthcare customers via phone, email, or chat to provide information on services, resolve inquiries, and address concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize knowledge of healthcare plans, benefits, and terminology to assist customers in understanding their options and making informed decisions.
  • Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions, escalating complex cases to senior staff or other departments when necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and contribute to a positive team environment.

Ideal Profile

  • Must have completed at least 2 years of college education.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO setting with international voice accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in handling customer inquiries and providing resolutions in a professional manner.
  • Must be amenable to work night shifts.
  • Must be willing to work onsite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a healthcare-related CSR role is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry practices, terminology, and regulations.
