Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to document and trademark filing services.
- Assist clients with submission processes, status tracking, and filing concerns.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with process standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide exceptional service and maintain clear, courteous communication at all times.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- With at least 6 months of BPO experience
- Not a job hopper (consistent employment record preferred)
- At least 6 months of Customer Service experience with basic upselling background
- Willing to work onsite at Cebu IT Park
- Amenable to shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays)
- High School (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate
Salary Range: 16,000 27,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
