Responsibilities
- Gather key updates from emails and Slack, organize them by department, and summarize important threads for review.
- Arrange meetings and calls, manage scheduling, and ensure all important events are organized.
- Launch and manage Upwork ads, help with LinkedIn outreach, arrange interviews, and keep hiring pipelines organized.
- Get daily reports from the accounting team and keep them updated in our system.
- Maintain a weekly dashboard to track team deliverables and progress.
- Ensure all documents are organized and stored properly in Google Drive.
- Regularly check and follow up on pending projects and add updates to the daily activity report.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and partners as needed
- Help keep the business efficient through other executive assistant tasks
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within a digital marketing or Amazon agency
- Experience using Amazon Seller Central, particularly within the Amazon FBA environment (confident navigating the platform and learning new workflows)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Friendly, professional communicator with strong follow-through
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Responsive and reliable
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced team
