Overview:
Nearsol is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee the sourcing, hiring, and onboarding processes for all sites in the Philippines, including Manila and Iloilo. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, a deep understanding of the local talent market, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives to meet the organization's staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various roles across multiple locations.
2. Hiring Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
3. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
4. Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, leveraging various sourcing channels and networking opportunities.
5. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
6. Employer Branding: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance Nearsol's reputation as an employer of choice.
7. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
8. Onboarding and New Hire Integration: Collaborate with HR and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, facilitating their integration into the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume recruitment.
- Experience managing recruitment processes for multiple locations, preferably within the BPO/Call Center industry.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software applications.
