LTO LIAISON (FORD ILOILO)

Job Summary: To ensure immediate processing of all LTO-related transactions. To properly coordinate requirements with the clients and the necessary documentation to hasten the intended process being handled.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process new units for registration
• Preparation of necessary document
• Process payment at Landbank
• Get PNP clearance from HPG
• Submit documents to LTO regional office together with the payment
• Claiming of OR/CR
• Process miscellaneous transactions:
  • request for system update
  • renewals of registration
  • transfer of ownership
  • duplication of CR
  • uploading of plate numbers
• Filing of documents
• Customer engagement:
  • Releasing of OR/CR, authorization and plate no.
  • Assists inquiries and issues
• Renewal for LTO accreditation
• Performs all Other Tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Other Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any field.
• Willing to travel and knows how to drive a 2 and 4 wheels with a valid driver's license (for LTO Liaison).
• Has strong analytical, written and verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Assertive, able to multi-task
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• With 1-4 years Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
