Position : Customer Service Pro (Client Amazement Representative)

Work Hours (Client) : 7am - 4pm PST

Holidays : TBA

Pay Range : $1000 - $1500/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Company/Client Overview

Client is the leading provider of cloud-based online training, improving the teams of companies such as Land Rover, McDonalds, PetSmart, the US Navy, and more. We are looking for a Customer Service Pro, but not just any run of the mill rep; a true Client Amazement Representative.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Entering data to create client accounts.
  • Generate and analyze data for presentation to internal clients.
  • Answer inbound client calls and emails, diagnose and resolve any questions or issues they are experiencing.
  • Communicate proactively with clients via phone and email to foster relationships, upsell and generate sales renewals.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
  • Strong verbal and written English skills (minimal accent)

Other Preferences

  • Minimum of Associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • Be able to talk to anyone, politely and professionally.
  • Must not confuse being busy with being productive.
  • Must be able to write professionally and have excellent spelling and grammar skills.
  • Have the ability to not just listen, but to hear what is being said.
  • Must have a winning attitude and demonstrated dedication to ensuring client amazement.
  • Constantly assess and recommend ways our team can be more efficient, generate more revenue, and generally, be more awesome (if being more awesome is even possible).
  • Must be able to independently, and as part of a team, think critically, make decisions and take actions which are ethical, professional, and profitable.
  • Must be humble
  • Must have the ability to embrace continuous change and exhibit the adaptability to work within realistic, yet demanding deadlines
  • Seeking a candidate who will work long term and will grow with the role
