As a Customer Service Representative for our Retail (Seasonal Account Offer) based in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This is a full-time seasonal role, offering the opportunity to gain experience in the customer service and call centre industry.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling inbound calls from customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Providing product information and assistance to customers
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed
- Adhering to quality assurance standards and company policies
- Contributing to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues

- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, during the seasonal period
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
