Customer Service for Retail (Seasonal Account Offer)

As a Customer Service Representative for our Retail (Seasonal Account Offer) based in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This is a full-time seasonal role, offering the opportunity to gain experience in the customer service and call centre industry.

What you'll be doing:

• Handling inbound calls from customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
• Providing product information and assistance to customers
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed
• Adhering to quality assurance standards and company policies
• Contributing to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues
