1. Receive the Accounts Payable Voucher already due from the Accounts Payable
Accountant and verify the payable.
2. Receive the Request for Payment or Cash Vouchers from Accounts Payable
Accountant /Accounts Payable Clerk and verify the request and replenishment.
3. Issue check for the payment of the accounts payable, the disbursement of the request
and the replenishment of revolving fund.
4. Input outgoing payments in SAP.
5. Generate Check Voucher from the system.
6. Attach the Accounts Payable Voucher/ Request for Payment/ Cash Voucher and the
Official Receipts from the supplier/vendor to the Check Voucher.
7. Monitor the work/task of the Messenger/Collector.
8. File the check vouchers.
9. Input collections in SAP.
10. Record any movement of cash in SAP.
11. Furnish daily cash receipt report, cash disbursement report and daily cash position
report.
12. Prepare monthly Cash Flow Report and Weekly Cash Projection report.
13. All concerns will be raised immediately to his/her immediate supervisor, no less than
the Finance Head.*
14. To execute any task/work mandated to him/her by the higher management.
