About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate – Tier 1 Outbound Support, you will be responsible for engaging prospects through outbound calls, understanding business requirements, documenting critical information, and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. The role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and adaptability to evolving program requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate clear, pleasant voice quality and professional outbound communication standards
- Handle outbound calls confidently and engage prospects in meaningful conversations
- Understand and relate to customer needs while maintaining a consultative approach
- Utilize outbound dialer systems efficiently and accurately
- Multitask between dialer usage and real-time documentation of critical information
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using approved office tools
- Apply industry-standard customer service practices during all interactions
- Meet defined daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets
- Discuss business requirements with prospects clearly and confidently
- Handle gatekeepers effectively and understand their role in the communication process
- Adapt quickly to program changes and evolving operational requirements
- Work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, persuasion, and presentation skills
- Remain self-motivated with a consistent focus on goal achievement

Job Requirements:
Education
- Completed High School or equivalent qualification

- Strong outbound calling and customer engagement capability

- Strong selling, persuasion, and presentation skills
