As a Customer Service Agent, you will:
- Work within Shopify and 3rd party distributor portals to handle and respond to all inbound email requests related to orders and usage of our two e-commerce websites
- Work within "RichPanel" ticketing system to manage tickets for both websites
- Set up automations, flows in RichPanel (such as rule-based auto-replies) to lessen manual workload for agents
- Document internal processes around customer service that can be used for future hires
Non-negotiables
- Excellent proficiency in written American English
- Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision.
- 5-10 years' experience working in customer service role for e-commerce retailers in the United States
- Excellent proficiency in written American English
- Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision
- Personable and understanding of customer needs
