Could you be the full-time Customer Director in Philippines we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your [engineering or business] expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside [collaborative and forward-thinking] teammates.

You'll [play a pivotal role in shaping Alstom’s offerings and customer relationships]. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business ([engineering, sales, and project management]), [build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders] and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of [identifying new business opportunities and leading a winning team], but also [enhancing Alstom’s value proposition through competitive awareness].

We’ll look to you for:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, government authorities, and internal stakeholders
  • Driving competitive awareness and leveraging insights to strengthen Alstom’s positioning
  • Identifying new opportunities and maximizing Alstom’s value in those opportunities
  • Leading a team to deliver successful projects and outcomes
  • Proactively addressing challenges with efficient solutions
  • Communicating effectively to influence, persuade, and inspire stakeholders

All About You

  • Graduate degree in Engineering or Business field (mandatory)
  • Master of Business Administration or in Engineering (desirable)
  • At least 10 years’ experience in rail or related business, or project engineering industry (mandatory)
  • High proficiency in understanding organizational products and services
  • Good knowledge and connections with Transport clients/customers in the Country/Cluster/Region (desirable)
  • Strong relationship development and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to analyze competitors’ strengths, weaknesses, and offerings
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Resilience and adaptability in a demanding, fast-changing environment
  • Global and cultural awareness with strong language skills
  • Effective planning, organization, and execution abilities
