The primary role is to spearhead the development and execution of customer relationship management strategies, driving customer engagement, retention, and growth. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of CRM systems, data analytics, and customer lifecycle management. The CRM Strategy Leader will collaborate closely with senior leadership, marketing teams, and other departments to develop innovative CRM strategies that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do
- CRM Strategy Development: Lead the development of the CRM strategy, aligning it with overall business goals, customer engagement objectives, and revenue growth targets.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Design and optimize the customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints, from acquisition to retention.
- Segmentation & Targeting: Oversee the segmentation strategy to ensure precise targeting of customers based on behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage. Leverage data insights to refine CRM strategies.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create personalized, data-driven CRM campaigns aimed at boosting customer engagement, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track CRM campaign performance, customer engagement, and retention metrics. Continuously refine strategies to drive improvement.
- Customer Insights & Analytics: Lead the use of customer data and analytics to derive insights that inform strategy and decision-making. Create reporting frameworks that deliver actionable insights to senior management.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage budgets for CRM initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI on campaigns and projects.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in analytical role
- Minimum 3 years' experience as team leader
- Coding knowledge regardless language
- Systematic Problem Solver
- Industry Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance
