Job Description
The Program Governance is responsible for overseeing the strategic demand-to-build (D2B) plan and life cycle management within the organization. This role involves orchestrating and facilitating processes to ensure smooth execution of projects, maintaining stakeholder relationships, providing strategic recommendations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Program Governance Manager acts as a key liaison between different departments, ensuring alignment of priorities and feasibility of deployment to meet business needs.
This role makes sure that projects and programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. It focuses on meeting key targets, customer requirements, and company goals. Manages programs, track progress, and work with different teams and partners. Handles reports, check data quality, and make sure key targets are met. The role requires knowledge of budget planning and field operations to support smooth implementation. Help solve problems, handle urgent issues, and support special projects. Strong relationship and engagement skills are also important, as the role will work closely with external partners, clients, and vendors to achieve shared goals. Support digital tools, new ideas, and work across teams to drive better results.
