We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Creative Video Editor to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Create attention-grabbing, conversion-focused video ads that drive user engagement, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
  • Edit video content for paid media campaigns across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Implement motion graphics, effects, text overlays, and sound design as necessary to enhance video performance.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, lengths, formats) and ensure they meet platform-specific best practices and requirements.
  • Adapt existing content and repackage it for different audiences, targeting approaches, and ad placements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing teams to understand campaign goals, bring ideas to life, and optimize video content for lead generation.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to test and iterate on video creatives based on performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the latest paid media advertising techniques, ensuring our video ads are innovative and competitive.
  • Perform other assigned ad-hoc tasks


Requirements:

1. Minimum Qualifications:

A. Bachelors Degree in any of the following: Fine Arts major in Visual Communication, Mass Communication Arts in Broadcasting.

B. At least 1-2 years of experience in video editing, specifically for digital ads and social media platforms.

C. Proficiency in video editing software such as Capcut, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.

D. Willing to work onsite in Poblacion, Makati City.

2. Competencies and Skills:

  • A creative and innovative mindset with a focus on driving measurable results through video content.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset for improving performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills is preferred.
