Your mission is to facilitate, coach, and critique the training programs that transform our Virtual Assistants (VAs) into the elite creative content force in modern digital commerce. You are the mentor who measures success in real-world content performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS).

Your Mandate: Hands-On Creative Coaching & Quality Control

This is a high-impact, full-ownership role where you will be the core facilitator, directly responsible for ensuring our creative talent is demonstrably best-in-class at generating high-converting media that drives tangible ROI for our clients.

I. Live Performance Training & Facilitation

• Virtual "War Room" Workshops: Design and facilitate engaging, high-energy, hands-on training sessions and "live-fire" exercises. Focus on immediate application and technical excellence in content creation, production speed, and conversion strategy.
• Core Skill Development: Directly train and certify VAs on critical E-commerce content skills:
• Short-Form Video Mastery: Coaching on viral mechanics, effective "hook" strategies, rapid editing in platforms like CapCut, and platform-specific algorithm compliance (TikTok/Reels).
• Conversion Graphic Design: Training in strategic layout, call-to-action placement, A/B testing visuals, and brand consistency in tools like Canva Pro.
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Lead hands-on coaching and certification for mission-critical software: Canva Pro, CapCut, Adobe Express, and Meta Business Suite.
  

II. Data-Driven Critique & Performance Elevation

• The High-Performance Mentor: Conduct targeted 1:1 and group critiques using a performance lens. Diagnose creative weaknesses based on actual client data (CTR, CVR, test results) and provide precise, actionable feedback for immediate asset improvement.
• Define the Quality Benchmark: Partner directly with Creative Operations to relentlessly enforce the highest quality standards for all creative deliverables, from initial concept wireframe to final, client-ready, pixel-perfect asset.
• Continuous Skill Gap Analysis: Utilize direct observation and post-training data to identify emerging skill gaps and rapidly develop new training modules or workshops to address them.
  
  

What You Bring: The Coach Who Has Mastered the Game

We need an expert content creator who can translate cutting-edge E-commerce strategy into clear, high-impact training and reproducible results for a remote, global audience.

Core Competency Non-Negotiable Requirement Training & Facilitation 2+ Years of professional experience in training, coaching, or leading workshops for digital media, content creation, or visual design in a corporate environment. Content Creation Mastery Exceptional, demonstrated expertise in the full content creation lifecycle: conceptualizing, editing, and managing high-quality, conversion-focused short-form video and static graphics for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. E-commerce & Metrics Focus Clear understanding of how creative execution drives key metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS). Experience training or designing content specifically for paid social advertising is a must. Technical Fluency Deep, working knowledge of the modern creative tech stack (Canva, CapCut/Premier Pro equivalent, Asana/Trello) and capacity to simplify complex creative workflows for learners. Virtual Coaching Presence Superior virtual presence and an ability to deliver structured, motivational, and constructive critique that drives immediate performance uplift.
