What You Will Do
You are the remote anchor ensuring smooth executive operations. Your primary tasks include:
- Calendar Management Master scheduling and complex meeting coordination
- Travel Coordination Handle all flight hotel and itinerary arrangements
- Communication Draft edit and manage professional email correspondence
- Project Support Assist with tracking administrative tasks and deadlines
- Document Prep Create and organize presentations reports and files
- Confidentiality Maintain complete discretion with all sensitive information
We are looking for a reliable and highly capable administrative professional.
- Experience At least 6 months of experience in an assistant or executive support role
- Skills Excellent organizational and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Communication Strong clear and professional written and verbal skills
- Mindset Independent reliable and detail-oriented a true partner
- Tech Savvy Must be fluent in common digital tools and remote platforms
- Availability Full-time 40 hours per week during US business hours
