We are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist Lead to help shape the future of creator-first, culture-driven content.
The Role
Were looking for a Creative Strategist Lead who knows how to turn cultural insights into ideas that earn attention—and action. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and content, leading both people and ideas from brief to execution.
You are someone with advertising rigor who thinks like a creator. You understand platforms, formats, and audiences deeply, and you know how to translate strategy into scroll-stopping, shareable stories. You will lead a team while working closely with Creative Strategy, Production, BD, and Accounts to bring campaigns, shows, and content ideas to life across platforms.
This is a leadership role for someone who believes the future of brand storytelling lies in culture-first, creator-led content.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Strategic Leadership
- Lead the development of creative strategies and concepts with a creator-first and platform-native approach across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Translate brand and campaign strategies into clear content formats, narratives, and hooks that resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee storytelling direction, narrative structure, tone, and conceptual clarity across pitches, campaigns, and content plans.
- Integrate cultural insights, trends, and platform behaviors into ideas that feel timely, relevant, and authentic.
Team & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of writers and strategists, encouraging bold thinking, ownership, and creative risk-taking.
- Facilitate brainstorms, pitch rooms, and workshops that surface strong, executable ideas.
- Partner closely with BD, Accounts, and Production to ensure ideas move seamlessly from pitch to post with impact.
- Collaborate with creators and internal teams to strategize and manage exclusive creator content plans.
Execution & Though Leadership
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process, ensuring high-quality output and brand consistency.
- Present creative strategies confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, gaining alignment and buy-in.
- Act as a thought leader by staying ahead of industry trends, platform innovations, and evolving internet culture.
- Provide consultation and training to clients on content strategy, platforms, and the social media landscape.
- Use data and insights to inform creative decisions and refine content strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years experience in creative strategy, content strategy, advertising, copywriting, or branded content development.
- Proven experience leading integrated, multi-platform campaigns.
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking with a creator-first mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing small teams or project pods.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms and what content works where—and why.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine market and cultural nuances.
- Comfortable engaging with high-profile clients and senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using data and insights to inform creative direction.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance speed, quality, and impact.
- Collaborative, inspiring leader with a passion for pop culture, internet behavior, and storytelling formats.
- Ability to work in a hybrid set-up.
