Creative Services Specialist, Internal Communications
The Creative Services Specialist, Internal Communications is a key collaborator in the development and execution of employee experience and recruiting campaigns. This position is responsible for conceptualization and implementation of highly visual communication assets that positively contribute to the employee and candidate experience.

The Creative Services Specialist, Internal Communications is a key collaborator in the development and execution of employee experience and recruiting campaigns. This position is responsible for conceptualization and implementation of highly visual communication assets that positively contribute to the employee and candidate experience.
In This Role You Will
- Contribute to the development and execution of employee experience and recruitment campaigns
- Deliver dynamic, on-brand design concepts for communications, campaigns, and events
- Develop digital and print communications including presentations, courseware, dynamic imagery, and other types of online and offline communication.
- Adhere to internal communications processes and brand standards (from intake to delivery).
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects varying in scope, taking ownership of communication with stakeholders, resource coordination, identifying constraints, quality assurance, and timely completion.
- Proofread, improve or reconstruct content as needed.
- Modify or create templates and manage distribution of communications through company channels.
- Maintain relevant sections of internal content library, initiating proactive updates to company resources
Required Knowledge
- Significant copywriting and graphic design experience
- Strong technical acumen for print and digital solutions
- Fluent skills in Adobe CC (PS, AI, ID, Acrobat) core software
- Advanced competence with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Preferred: Knowledge in basic HTML, Canva and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Ability to implement and adhere to new team protocols and procedures
- Highly organized work style

- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written; ability to comprehend and explain design concepts
- Penchant for research and continuous learning
- Comfort with offering feedback and guidance to peers
- Ability to manage multiple key projects in team and individual settings
- 3-6 years of related multi-media design and production experience
- 2+ years in internal communications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, electronic media, or related field
- Work samples from internal communications campaigns
- Demonstrated excellence in graphic design and copywritin
