Your Role
As an Assistant Manager, Service Delivery, you will:
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service and policy compliance.
- Support task onboarding, monitor team performance, and optimize workflows.
- Foster innovation and manage new hire onboarding and resource planning.
- Drive individual development plans, promotions, and team capability building.
- Lead performance management, including evaluations, feedback, and compensation planning.
- Manage employee engagement, retention strategies, and personnel issues.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships to support growth and satisfaction.
- Oversee routine reporting, client planning, and performance alignment.
- Lead onboarding for new clients and build supporting service teams.
Non-negotiables
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in operations or team leadership roles, with client-facing responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage performance and drive accountability.
- Solid understanding of operational metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of compliance, security, and policy standards.
- Ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
- High proficiency in operations management tools and platforms.
- Experience managing client onboarding and service expansion strategies.
- Familiarity with supervisor dashboards, operational KPIs, and performance systems.
- Proven ability to lead innovation initiatives and implement process improvements.
- Strong background in employee engagement, talent retention, and succession planning.
- Ability to manage both strategic plans and hands-on daily team execution.
