The Role:
The Creative Producer develops and delivers content from concept to completion—combining creative storytelling with hands-on production execution. Working closely with the Production and Special Projects team, they help ideate, script, plan, and manage shoots across branded and editorial content. This role bridges creative and logistical functions, ensuring ideas are brought to life with clarity, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support concept development, scripting, and creative treatments.
- Assist with shoot planning, logistics, and on-set coordination.
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and editors to deliver content that meets creative and brand standards.
- Manage smaller shoots end-to-end and provide production support on larger campaigns.
- Ensure smooth communication and handover between creative, production, and post teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in creative production, branded content, or digital media.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with a good visual and editorial eye.
- Proficient in production planning tools and workflows.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects at once.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience in social content production or creator-led campaigns.
- Familiarity with scriptwriting and storyboarding.
- Basic understanding of post-production processes.
- Comfortable working with cross-regional and remote teams.
