What You'll Do
Manage all aspects of construction accounting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for project managers and senior management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Collaborate with project managers to provide financial insights that drive project success.
Analyze variances between budgeted and actual costs to enhance profitability.
Supervise junior accounting staff and coordinate training as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction accounting or a related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations specific to the construction industry.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication abilities to work collaboratively across departments.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
