- Assist in managing global operational processes, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Act as a liaison between regional teams, headquarters, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth information flow.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for global operational activities.
- Support the execution of global projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations, company policies, and operational standards.
- Graduate of any 4year course
- Relevant work experience in a global customer service environment is necessary
- Preferred systems experience (training will be provided) in: ServiceNow, EMS (RRS), BCIC, Alert Media, Secure Watch, ISOS
- This position will be working with global white-shoe law firm.
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays
Experience Required: 1-2 years (Support Coordinator), 1-3 years (Global Operations)
