  • Assist in managing global operational processes, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Act as a liaison between regional teams, headquarters, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth information flow.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for global operational activities.
  • Support the execution of global projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations, company policies, and operational standards.

Required Skills

  • Graduate of any 4year course
  • Relevant work experience in a global customer service environment is necessary
  • Preferred systems experience (training will be provided) in: ServiceNow, EMS (RRS), BCIC, Alert Media, Secure Watch, ISOS

Additional Notes

  • This position will be working with global white-shoe law firm.

Working Set-up: Hybrid

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays

Experience Required: 1-2 years (Support Coordinator), 1-3 years (Global Operations)
