The primary role of this person is to have a function within Compliance Department responsible for and with oversight on policy writing and review, and assist business units on their documentation of local policies, guidelines, manuals and work instructions.

What You’ll Do
- Joint administration of the Internal Documents Management Site, updating of site pages as necessary, publication of newly approved and effective docume restrictions are in place
- Ensure that document approval process is being followed and implemented; release internal communications/announcements (intranet announcement and give guidance on matters such as cut-off for quarterly board approvals, new templates, new guidelines, etc.
- Prepare monthly reports on the status of compliance by business units on the maintenance of documents to be delivered to Internal Documents and for arc
- Provide guidance to the different business units on the localization of group policies or drafting of policies connected with local regulatory requirements and work instructions.
- Conduct periodic review of policies, manuals, guidelines and work instruction for Legal, Compliance, and External Affairs, including gap analysis
- Write compliance and legal policies, charter, manuals and guidelines for Legal, Compliance, and External Affairs.
- Conduct regular training and facilitation of learning sessions.
- Has an excellent command of the English language, both in speaking and in writing
- Has at least 1-2 years of experience in policy writing and review or related experience
- Experience working in Banking/Financing/FinTech companies
- Experience in doing gap analysis
- Experience in stakeholder management, project management, and process improvement
