Job Title: Compliance Assistant

Location: Makati City

Job Type: Full-time

Work Set-up: Hybrid

Job Description

  • Maintain and organize compliance documents and filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Track and archive regulatory submissions, policy updates, and employee attestations.
  • Assist in preparing reports, filings, and compliance submissions to BSP, AMLC, and NPC.
  • Schedule compliance trainings and committee meetings, and document attendance and minutes.
  • Encode compliance data, training records, and submissions in centralized tracking tools.
  • Support the team during audits and regulatory inspections through document preparation and coordination.
  • Coordinate with departments for data collection and submission schedules.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, Legal Management, or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative, compliance, or secretarial work (fresh graduates are welcome to apply!).
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
