Communications Executive
New World Makati Hotel

The Communications Executive is responsible for the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage stakeholders, and promote the organization’s values and initiatives. He/she will support the Marketing & Communications Manager and will be involved in content creation, media coordination, social media management, and assisting in public relations efforts.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a communications or public relations role within the hospitality industry. Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines are required. Experience in media relations and crisis communication, knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and familiarity with analytics tools for tracking communication performance are preferred.
