Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for crafting and defining the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the year and the commercial strategy for Carbon.
- Responsible for maintaining a strong business relationship with the business partners at Carbon to ensure a smooth business operation.
- Oversee continuous improvement in the documentation of transactions to ensure compliance to contractual obligations as well as policies and procedures affecting their lease
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business course
- Must have at least 7 to 9 years of overall experience in Commercial Leasing.
