Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team urgently. This role involves directly interacting with customers to address their inquiries, provide solutions, and enhance their overall experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
The Customer Solutions Specialist is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently, providing product information and guidance, documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records, collaborating with internal teams to enhance service processes, identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities, staying updated on product knowledge and company policies, and assisting in training new team members as needed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Customer Solutions Specialist position should be a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate (with diploma or certificate), possess excellent communication skills, have basic web navigation skills, and be willing to work holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended hours. Immediate availability is required, and no prior work experience is needed.
