Accounts Receivable Clerk | Night Shift & Onsite | Up to PHP 40k

GoTeam is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk responsible for managing accounts receivable transactions and processing customer payments. You will create invoices in accordance with company practices and submit them for approval by management or clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and verify invoices for products or services provided to clients, including managing Clinic Portal and ERP System-generated invoices.
• Distribute invoices promptly to customers/clients in a professional manner.
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve client billing issues.
• Maintain professional relationships with all customers/clients and vendors.
• Send monthly statements to customers and make collection efforts as necessary.
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing the status of accounts receivable.
• Assist in the reconciliation of AP credit cards and bank accounts.
• Develop and maintain a filing system for financial records, including vendor files, pricing terms, contact information, and yearly invoices with supporting documentation.
• Assist in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation.
• Cross-train with the AP Clerk.
  
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• QuickBooks experience.
• College degree in Accounting.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Excel.
• Willingness to work in the office and during night shifts.
