About The Role

You will play a pivotal role in driving our strategic initiatives and managing key client relationships. This role involves building robust cross-functional relationships with key customers to meet and exceed annual revenue, volume, and profitability targets.

Work Location : Taguig ( Manila)

Reporting to : Country Head & Commercial Lead

Key responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Initiatives : Support the business lead to develop a commercial plan that drives sustainable and profitable growth, aligned with Kerry’s strategic growth platforms. Develop an in-depth understanding of customers, markets, competitors, and trends to identify actionable insights.
  • Manage Key Accounts : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Identify new sales opportunities and ensure a strong pipeline of new business with existing and new customers
  • Innovate and Collaborate : Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that address client challenges. Ensure the smooth execution of projects by managing the pipeline proactively across functions and business units.
  • Contribute to Business Growth : Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company. Development of proactive customer campaigns with Marketing and RD&A that create significant value for key customers.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience in a Senior Account Management or Director-Level role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make high-impact decisions.
  • Education : Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business or Food Science preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum of 10 – 15 years of relevant work experience.
  • Team Collaboration : Proven track record of working successfully with multifunctional teams to achieve strategic business goals.
  • Market Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the Philippines' Taste market; knowledge of the nutritional category is a plus.
  • Passion for Food and Beverage : Genuine enthusiasm for food and beverage, with the ability to effectively communicate this passion in all customer and stakeholder engagements.
