The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, operational excellence, and team leadership to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies
Oversee supply chain, logistics, and distribution networks
Lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence
Optimize processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Manage vendor relationships and strategic partnerships
What We're Looking For
13+ years of experience in FMCG/Food Distribution operations, with at least 6 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in senior leadership roles
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
Experience in supply chain and logistics management
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
