What You'll Do
Coordinate and assign delivery orders to drivers efficiently
Communicate with restaurants, drivers, and customers regarding order status
Monitor delivery times and ensure on-time performance
Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
Track and report on dispatch metrics and performance
Resolve delivery issues and customer complaints promptly
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch or logistics operations
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with GPS systems and delivery management software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
