Lead strategic financial planning and budgeting processes
Oversee financial reporting and analysis for management decisions
Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
What We're Looking For
8-10 years of finance leadership experience in FMCG/Food Distribution, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
CPA or relevant professional qualification preferred
Proven track record in cost management and process improvement
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
