Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the organization's vision and business objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of technology initiatives, including cloud solutions, AI-driven platforms, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Oversee IT operations to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of digital banking systems.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, maintaining the highest standards of data security and privacy.
- Drive innovation through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement emerging technologies.
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence.
- Extensive experience as a CIO or in senior IT leadership roles within fintech, digital banking, or technology-driven industries.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale IT transformations and delivering impactful digital solutions.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and cybersecurity in financial services.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud adoption, AI/ML integration, and digital customer experience optimization is a plus.
