  • Financial Leadership - Develop and oversee the organization's financial strategy, policies, and processes.
  • Strategic Planning- Collaborate with the COO/P and executive team to shape the company's long-term vision and strategic goals.
  • Financial Management - Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and analysis (FP&A).
  • Risk Management & Compliance- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
  • Capital and Investment Management- Oversee capital allocation, investment strategies, and funding opportunities.
  • Team Leadership- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.
