Responsibilities

  • Incident logging and ticket categorization
  • Service Request Handling
  • Escalation and coordination
  • User and Client Communication
  • Email gate keeping
  • Admin tasks: Filing of RFPs, Mobile load allowance, Project advances, Requesting of vehicle rental, Work Order audit, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any computer related course
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar capacity. Has handled PSA (professional service automation) application- similar to autotask; service desk.
  • Above average communication skills and with strong customer service orientation

Others

  • Job location: Antel 2000 Valero Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City Philippines
  • Shift: Mondays - Fridays; 8am - 6pm (on-site work arrangement)
  • Contractual/Reliever for 5 months
