Key Responsibilities
- Reflect the Strikingly brand and ethos in every customer interaction by adopting our unique voice and tone.
- Create WOW moments for our customers by providing outstanding service across email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Translate product information and customer communications, including newsletters and lifecycle emails, to ensure clarity and engagement.
- Cultivate expertise in our products and internal systems to assist customers effectively.
- Uphold a spirit of positivity and well-being in all customer and team interactions.
- Proficient communication skills in both Korean and English at a professional level.
- A genuine passion for assisting individuals with diverse learning styles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- An eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Professional fluency in Korean and English.
- Experience in customer service roles within a dynamic setting.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
- A computer capable of handling customer support tasks, with at least 8GB RAM and a stable internet connection of 20Mbps or higher.
