About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to develop change strategies that will ensure the adoption of the changes introduced by delivery squads and to manage the change management activities that will implement this strategy.

About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to develop change strategies that will ensure the adoption of the changes introduced by delivery squads and to manage the change management activities that will implement this strategy.
As a Change Manager, you will:
- Creation of Project Change Strategies and Plans that align to Change Strategy and to key business partner strategies
- Ensure a collaborative and constructive engagement plan with business partners
- Complete Business Impact Assessments so that the squad and businesses are all clear on the actual impacts
- Complete all training activities including Training Needs Analysis, Training Plan, Training materials and delivery
- Complete all communications activities including Communications Plan that align with existing comms activities but also innovate using new channels/technologies to ensure thorough coverage, leading to adoption
- Build all Support Material (QRG’s, videos, intranet pages) that will support users and customers
- Measure and manage change readiness to make sure all impacted businesses are ready prior to go live
- Develop and execute on Change Adoption & Embedment planning, ensuring that the project continues until the changes are adopted and fully embedded

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Experienced with change management frameworks
- Demonstrated and hands-on experience at delivering change from inception to adoption/benefits realisation
- Experienced at facilitating workshops for all change related activities and a desire for collaboration with stakeholders
- An intense passion and curiosity for customers, their needs and wants, putting them at the centre of everything you do
- Proficiency with collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, Teams etc.).
