We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Learning and Talent Analytics & Insights Manager.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Support and manage Enterprise Talent data and reporting requirements, providing expert advice on appropriate platforms and tooling.
• Create, manage, and maintain power bi based reports as well as data flows to power solutions.
• Create visuals that translates to user’s requirements.
• Do a feasibility analysis for the received requirements.
• Partners with business stakeholders to understand businesses and technical requirements, plan and execute projects, and communicate status, risks, and issues.
• Optimize and reengineer model code to be modular, efficient, and scalable, and deploy newly build PowerBI products to production.
• Define Data governance and refresh schedules to maintain data integrity and schedule adherence.

Job Requirements:

• Extensive relevant experience in Learning and Talent Analytics.
• Advanced data infrastructure, design and ETL skills.
• Hands-on experience with PowerBI, Python/R.
• Experience in Power Platform including PowerApps,workflow automation
• Proficient in DAX query development, advance level calculations, and understanding of application security models in Power BI.
• Experience delivering digital transformation as part of a cross-functional team.
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing (Azure) and or exposure to Data Quality assessment and control is a plus.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
