Job description
Catering Operations Officer/Executive for a Food Manufacturing and Distributing Company
Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operation activities of the catering department, including scheduling drivers and staff in accordance with the demands of the client and management.
- Review all Event Orders to determine staffing levels, distribution and execution of events.
- Facilitate communication between the sales, culinary and event management teams to ensure accurate timing, production and fulfilment of all daily orders, including last-minute needs
- Supervise all catering deliveries and ensures Catering standards are met through spot checks and training of delivery staff.
- Supervision and scheduling of staff
Qualifications:
- With Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any 4-year related course
- With at least 2 year experience supervising or managing Catering Operations
- Preferably with experience in Commissary and Concessionaires
- With good written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to start immediately
- Are you willing to be assigned in Mamplasan Unilab- Biñan Laguna
