Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- At least 1 year experience in SAP HRIS system
- Detailed and result oriented and can work in minimum supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple task and meet all deadline
Functions:
- Handle dailies payroll, retainers and OJT allowances
- Prepares last pay computation of separated employees
- Prepares SSS reimbursement for SSS Sickness and Maternity advances and BPI reimbursement
- Maintains various payroll records, journals and ledgers and required adjustments through established procedure
- Responds to queries from outside agencies such as financial or credit organizations and from employees
