Job Description

• Manage Card Delivery Group - Manage Card Delivery vendor relationship
• Manage all couriers and ensure SLAs are met at all times
• Ensure delivery rate is >95%
• Monitor Return To Sender (RTS) cards and manage effective reallocation across vendors
• Monitor statement rendition
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• With significant experience in handling card acquisition process up to card delivery.
• Can assist in writing Program Papers or Standard Operating Procedures Manual
• Ability to handle external partners
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
