- Manage Card Delivery Group - Manage Card Delivery vendor relationship
- Manage all couriers and ensure SLAs are met at all times
- Ensure delivery rate is >95%
- Monitor Return To Sender (RTS) cards and manage effective reallocation across vendors
- Monitor statement rendition
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- With significant experience in handling card acquisition process up to card delivery.
- Can assist in writing Program Papers or Standard Operating Procedures Manual
- Ability to handle external partners
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
