In this role, you will:
- Receive, enter, and process orders into the Business System.
- Respond to general inquiries and requests received from the mailbox and identify the need for escalations.
- Coordinate with factory personnel, representatives, inside sales, and customer support.
- Notify customers of the promised delivery date and provide shipment confirmation to customers.
- Update order and quote records and status in Business System
- Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course
- At least 3 years of experience related to documentation management, data entry, and/or data administration support or function.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.
- Applicable business processes and system tools, including Oracle, FileNet, eDocs, and SharePoint.
- General understanding of the quote-to-cash process.
